With over two decades of immersive grassroots experience, Mr. Prasant Muduli is a passionate changemaker and strategic thinker who has dedicated his life to empowering marginalized communities. As the Founder and Executive Director of NYDHEE, he has played a pivotal role in shaping inclusive development models that place people at the center.

Prasant’s leadership blends deep field insight with systems thinking. He is widely regarded for his innovative work in livelihood promotion (especially livestock-based models), micro-entrepreneurship, capacity building, and the design of participatory programs that resonate with local realities. His expertise extends beyond implementation—he is equally adept in monitoring, evaluation, and adaptive management.
