Monalisa is a dedicated development professional with an academic background in B.Sc. Agriculture and a Master’s in Agribusiness Management. Before joining NYDHEE, she worked with organizations and institutions including WASSAN, Emory University (USA), and BYJU’S, gaining experience across research, coordination, outreach, and training. At NYDHEE, she supports programme operations, MIS monitoring, documentation, and community engagement initiatives with a strong focus on field coordination and communication. Her key strengths include SHG capacity building, data management, digital outreach, and social media management, supported by technical proficiency in MS Excel, Canva, Google Suite, and other digital tools.
