Ms. Pushpalata Naik is graduated in Arts. She has more than 10 years of extensive working experience at grassroot level. She has been one on the longest associated members of NYDHEE. Her areas of expertise are community mobilization, SHG formation and strengthening, Trainings on Livestock based livelihood generation, Women empowerment and field implementation of programs. Her rapport building skills and down to earth personality helps the community to gain trust in the proposed interventions and ensures their long term support.
