His areas of expertise are Community mobilization, Leadership Development, Training to community member on Organic Manure, Training to community member on Livestock Management, Liasoning with PRI members etc. Additionally, he has also undergone trainings on SHG Management, Climate Resilience and Livelihood Practices, Financial Literacy Management, Micro Enterprises Development, Training on Livestock Management, Training on Digital M & etc.
